Mike was absolutely wonderful to me and my husband. Our alternator had went out and he got it repaired in an hour and a half and went above and beyond. He was a pleasure to talk to and really made sure we had a wonderful experience. The price at the shop was also very reasonable for the job done thanks to Mike. I would highly recommend anyone who is in Columbus/Easton area to go here for any vehicle service needs.

Today is the day my nearly 15-year relationship with Tuffy is ending. Every car I’ve ever owned has been serviced here, with great customer care and honest communication. Lately this hasn’t been the case - whether it be short staffing or just a refusal to hire office staff, the manager is constantly overwhelmed and seems to have not a clue how to organize himself or provide better customer service. I called on Wednesday before dropping my vehicle off to be sure it could be serviced/looked at on Thursday. Described on the phone that I think it’s a specific part based on the manufacturer’s advice, and that I also needed my brakes serviced. Get a verbal confirmation & hurried off the phone that they can do it. Drop the car off at 8am Thursday, haven’t heard anything by 3pm so we give them a call. No work has been done - okay, sure, I’ll let my manager know I’ll have to work from home again. 4pm Friday rolls around, haven’t heard from Tuffy all day. We call them ourselves again, and the car has still not been touched. It was test driven and we were told “it’s the transmission so I wanted to call you before doing the brakes”. When, exactly should we have expected that call? 2 full bus

I had a great experience at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service of Gahanna today. Mike was incredibly personable and made the wait feel less like an appointment and more like catching up with an old friend. I originally chose them for my oil change because their pricing was better than my dealership, but I didn’t expect to actually enjoy my time there. The technician was also far more thorough than what I’ve experienced at the dealership. They completed a full inspection of my vehicle and provided photos and pointed out a few minor issues I should keep an eye on, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the entire team. I’ll definitely be recommending them to my family and friends—skip the dealership and come here instead. Thanks again for such a positive experience. I’ll see you in October!

We’ve consistently had great experiences here. Their prices feel fair, and they’re always easy to work with. The whole process is simple and straightforward (booking is easy, and when they send over what needs to be done, it’s clear and easy to review and approve.) Most importantly, we trust them, which goes a long way with car repairs! Would definitely recommend.

I scheduled a tire rotation, oil change, and wheel alignment. I end up getting a broken front grill, big oil spots on the driveway, and no wheel alignment. I had been going there for years. I never felt so disappointed. I never got a straight answer with how the grill got damaged. Something needs to change.
